Registering a Maxta Deal
The reseller must be an authorized Maxta partner, in good standing, to participate in the Maxta Deal Registration program. Our sales teams can assist with partner applications as part of the registration process. Registrations are valid for 120 days from acceptance and extensions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Phone & Email-based Technical Support Services
Maxta’s team of professionals are equipped to help you support your customers in various ways – from installation assistance to project design — we can help you support your customers’ needs.
Support is available via phone and email. Whenever possible, support requests should be submitted via email at email@example.com To obtain technical support via phone, you will need an active customer contract in which the Maxta support number is provided.
Maxta drives demand through regular sales and marketing programs. MVP Elite members are eligible to receive qualified and unqualified leads from these corporate-driven sales and marketing activities, provided that they are active in local demand creation activities.
Leads are distributed to partners based upon geography and a match between the customer’s requirements and the partner’s solution focus, skill set and experience.
To assist partners in the creation of a successful selling strategy for Maxta solutions, Maxta Sales Managers work with MVP Elite partners to develop quarterly business and marketing plans. Business and marketing plans are designed to help partners strategize and identify ways to grow their Maxta business. The plan determines the expectations and commitments of each party for the given quarter.
