Description

Support Maxta's business development and partnership efforts across US and Asia-Pacific markets. You will assist in partner outreach, proposal preparation, market research, and client relationship management.

What You Will Do

  • Research and identify potential technology partners and enterprise clients
  • Prepare partnership proposals, pitch decks, and business documentation
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with partners (Axiomtek, industrial clients)
  • Maintain CRM and track partnership pipeline
  • Support DC Summit and industry event logistics
  • Translate and localize business materials (EN ↔ ZH)
  • Assist CEO with business travel coordination and client communications

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in business development, sales support, or operations
  • Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin) — written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, presentation software
  • Interest in enterprise technology and AI industry
  • Willingness to travel between US and Asia
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field
