Support Maxta's business development and partnership efforts across US and Asia-Pacific markets. You will assist in partner outreach, proposal preparation, market research, and client relationship management.
What You Will Do
- Research and identify potential technology partners and enterprise clients
- Prepare partnership proposals, pitch decks, and business documentation
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with partners (Axiomtek, industrial clients)
- Maintain CRM and track partnership pipeline
- Support DC Summit and industry event logistics
- Translate and localize business materials (EN ↔ ZH)
- Assist CEO with business travel coordination and client communications
Requirements
- 1-3 years in business development, sales support, or operations
- Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin) — written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, presentation software
- Interest in enterprise technology and AI industry
- Willingness to travel between US and Asia
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field
