Software Engineer – Storage
Maxta is looking to hire mid/senior level software engineer who will be responsible for the full development lifecycle of various components with focus on storage.
Responsibilities
- Drives innovation in Maxta Storage products
- Responsible for designing, coding and debugging of filesystem/volume manager/storage for scalable storage solution
- Full lifecycle storage software development
- Work collaboratively with other development engineers and QA in delivering quality software
Requirements
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years storage software development experience on Linux platform
- Web services development
- C programming
- Experience with server/storage virtualization, clustering and/or distributed systems is a plus
